| What's important to me |
Helping others has always been an important part of my life. While at UCLA I was an active member of a nationally distinguished service fraternity that works heavily with nonprofit and charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Audubon Society, Reading to Kids, AIDS Food Bank, The Boy Scouts of America and Union Rescue Mission.
In various capacities I have volunteered at different pro-bono/nonprofit organizations and legal clinics before and during law school, working on everything from guardianships, immigration and family law to tax preparation, soup kitchens, beach clean ups and assisting elderly immigrants with preparing for their U.S. citizenship test. |
